SUWANEE, Ga. -
Throughout the 2005-2006 academic year, the Southern Collegiate Athletic
Conference will celebrate its 15th anniversary. A special logo
commemorating the occasion will also be used.
In 15 years, the SCAC has seen its membership grow from eight schools in
1991 to the current roster of 11 (read
about Colorado College joining the SCAC), and sports sponsorship has increased
from 15 to 19. For a complete timeline listing the more memorable and
historical moments over the last 15 years in the SCAC, check out the
special anniversary timeline at the bottom of this page.
