MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Hendrix College's Tori Huggins hit a SCAC Tournament record five three-point field goals en route to 21 points to lead the Warriors to a 71-52 victory over Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Friday's second game of the 2004 SCAC Women's Basketball Tournament at Memphis University School.

Hendrix (19-7) shot the ball extremely well, setting a new tournament mark for field goal percentage as the Warriors knocked down 54.2% (26-48) of their shots. Hendrix also exhibited a balanced attack as, in addition to Huggins' 21 points, Erin McKenzie and Bonnie Hicks each had 16 points and Cacey Smith chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds.

Hendrix led 35-27 at the half.

For Rose-Hulman, Jessica Farmer had a game-high 23 points, which included the 1,000-point of her stellar career. She is just the third women's player in school history and 32nd in SCAC history to accomplish the feat.

Anna Hall was the only other player in double-digits for the Engineers, who finished their season at 11-15 - the single highest win total in school history.
