MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The second-seeded Trinity University women rolled to a 73-47 victory over seventh-seeded Millsaps College in the quarterfinals of the 2005 SCAC Women's Basketball Tournament.

The Tigers improved to 21-4 on the season and advance to tomorrow's first semifinal game where they will play the winner of Sewanee-Univ. of the South and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Trinity got a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds from senior post and Jostens finalist Tara Rohde (pictured), who sank 8-of-10 shots from the field. Jenna Smith added 15 points and nine rebounds and nailed 3-of-4 from three-point range. Martha King came off the bench to score 10 points and grab five boards.

Martha McDaniel had a game-high 19 points for the Majors whose season ended with a 10-15 mark. Sheena Gardner came off the bench to post 10 points.

Trinity held Millsaps to just 21.0% shooting for the game and out-rebounded the Majors 57-27.
