Austin College swim coach steps down

, Texas - Philip Wiggins has decided to step down as the head coach of the Austin College swimming and diving teams after guiding the Kangaroos for six years. In addition to serving as head coach, Wiggins was also the Hannah Natatorium Director at Austin College. Complete Release

Trinity's Walstad sets new SCAC Diving Record

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Lauren Walstad, reigning SCAC Diver of the Year, won the 3-meter diving event with an 11-dive score of 491.15, setting a school and SCAC open record in the process at this past weekend's Trinity University Tiger Invitational. The old record was 453.45, set by Charee Campbell of DePauw in 1996. Complete Release
