Austin College
swim coach steps down

Philip Wiggins has decided to step down as the head coach of the Austin
College swimming and diving teams after guiding the Kangaroos for six
years. In addition to serving as head coach, Wiggins was also the Hannah
Natatorium Director at Austin College.

Centre's Starr gives program its
third all-America honor in three years

- Sophomore Elizabeth Starr of Centre College set a personal record in
the 100 fly (57.22) on her way to a 14th overall finish and her first
All-American honor at the 2007 NCAA Division III Women's Swimming and
Diving Championships.

DePauw's Stier earns
all-America honors on final day of NCAA competition

HOUSTON, Texas
- DePauw's Amanda Stier earned honorable mention all-America honors
after finishing 11th in the 200-yard butterfly in a school-record time
of 2:07.02. That performance came after she placed 16th in the prelims
in 2:07.55.

Mention All-America status in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events
at this weekend's NCAA Championships Meet. Walstad was 14th in today's

Doogan picks up

- Katie Doogan finished eighth in Friday's 400-yard individual medley
finals and earned all-America honors. Doogan finished in 4:36.48 after
setting a school record in the prelims in 4:31.28.

University has jumped out to the early lead with 242.5 points. DePauw is

Lauren Walstad, reigning SCAC Diver of the Year, won the 3-meter diving
event with an 11-dive score of
491.15,
setting a school and SCAC open record in the process at this past
weekend's Trinity University Tiger Invitational. The old record was
453.45, set by Charee Campbell of DePauw in 1996.

Colo. - Anne Goodman James, who has helped produce countless
